Mt. Vernon To Discuss City ​Re-Design

On July 28, 2021, Sentinel/QFI and The Sentinel Consortium met with the Mayor of Mount Vernon Shawyn Patterson-Howard to discuss the logistics of redesigning the city of Mt. Vernon. This meeting was a monumental success in actualizing the long awaited visions held by both the Mayor of Mount Vernon and Sentinel to revitalize the community of Mount Vernon to its rightful place as one of Westchester County's most prolific cities for citizens, pedestrians, business owners and consumers alike; "Mount Vernon is the Jewel of Westchester" says Mayor Patterson-Howard, and Terrence Horton and The Sentinel consortium believes that the time to implement growth to the city is now.
CEO Terrence Horton, developer and manager of multiple successful living properties within the City of Mt. Vernon spoke to the great capabilities of the Sentinel Consortium in delivering exactly what the City of Mt. Vernon needs for years to come.
Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard who was awarded the initial "Just City Initiative" for Mt. Vernon; was very pleased to see, listen and discuss the Sentinel Consortium's agenda for implementation.
