These homes were built during Sentinel’s Union Lane Restoration project, blending local talent of the community, and innovative modern SMART home technologies. Sentinel’s dedication to affordability for residents, produced SMART homes at approximately $400K each, being the first SMART homes of its capabilities to be established in Westchester County at this price point.

These affordable SMART homes feature cutting-edge modular/pre-cut construction, as well as the introduction of advanced network communications and multi-level redundant back-up systems.

Examples of these back-up systems include; if phone lines were compromised, satellite communications roll over into primary lines; and if those two fail, wireless technology will maintain voice connections.
