Sentinel Vocational Apprentice Training
Sentinel Vocational Apprentice Training is an immersive technical(vocational)-education program,
serving Westchester, New York and the Tri-state area.
Being a New York State recognized 501(c)(3) (accredited) institution, SVAT takes pride in being one of New York State's not-for-profit workforce development initiatives that provides hands-on training and certification for individuals entering the labor force.
SVAT provides a curriculum that primes our trainee's in green-construction, technologies, electrical work and more.
Our values consist of 3 key points: Mentorship, Vocational Training, and Career Development.
SVAT works hand-in-hand with our affiliates under the Sentinel Consortium to continuously develop our trainee’s futures;
giving them the opportunity to use their newly learned trade(s) immediately upon graduation through Sentinel Construction,
Sentinel Technology and Sentinel Electrical job placements.
Sentinel Vocational Apprentice Training is committed to addressing the great need for
employment and vocational job training in the Tri-state area.
